This Refund Policy outlines the policies of Secure Life Finance concerning any fees charged for our financial intermediary services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Secure Life Finance operates as a financial services intermediary. We assist customers in applying for loans, insurance, and credit cards through our partner banks, NBFCs, and insurers. Our primary service — initial consultation, application submission, and lender matching — is provided free of charge to borrowers.
In certain cases, we may charge a service fee for premium advisory services, document processing assistance, or expedited processing. Any such fee will be communicated clearly before the service is rendered, and you will be required to provide explicit consent before any charges are applied.
Please note that loan processing fees charged by banks or lending institutions are non-refundable as per the policies of the respective lenders. These fees are paid directly to the lending institution, not to Secure Life Finance.
A refund of Secure Life Finance service fees may be applicable if:
Refund requests will not be entertained if the loan application was approved (irrespective of acceptance by the customer), or if services were fully rendered.
To initiate a refund:
You may cancel a submitted loan application at any time before sanction by contacting us. However, any application/processing fees already paid by the lender may not be refundable per the lender's policy.
If you are dissatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter to financesecurelife@gmail.com. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes amicably.
